FDBCK Agency was founded in 2017 by Hanane Abaydi. She is a seasoned corporate activist who understands from personal experience how to grow up and work in a society built on a system of exclusion. She believes that injustice can only be a breeding ground in a social, ecological, and economically imbalanced world. She helps organizations and people zoom out to understand their ecosystem and zoom in to use their privileges, powers, and authority effectively to serve and regenerate society.
